About the (CBT) Workbook

 The CBT Skills Group Workbook is a resource to accompany physician-facilitated Group Medical Visits to teach participants how to self-manage their symptoms of anxiety and depression. This Workbook is intended for use within a facilitated setting. The program has been shown to help people with mild to moderate depression and anxiety to gain confidence and skill in better managing their mental health. To participate in a group, ask your family doctor for a referral to the program. Groups run on a regular basis.
